Facebook redesigned their app, and their mission, putting Groups at the center. To announce this to the world at F8, we crafted a new product explainer film using motion graphics, the facebook film library and a simple script to drive the narrative.

the groups icon became a central character in the film, so we brought it to life with motion graphics.
